GARLIC!

If you've never had Minnesota-grown garlic, it's worlds different than what you find in the grocery store, and we think you are going to be blown away by the flavors.

We grow hardneck, porcelain (Music) and purple stripe (Deerfield Purple) varieties.

Scape harvest is in June. Garlic harvest is mid July and after curing becomes available to customers in August. Sign up below to receive our farm newsletter and hear about placing orders.
